The Factory

‘The Factory’ is an old industrial structure now adapted and converted into a double-storey state of the art office building. Located in the historic heart of the island at Moka, it is within the fast growing Vivéa Business Park formerly the grounds of a colonial era sugar factory. The character and heritage of The Factory has been retained by careful and sensitive design treatment with chic industrial finishes. An entrance piazza was created to provide occupants with a landscaped courtyard connecting their offices to the neighbouring office building at ‘1827’, another erstwhile factory building also renovated by Architects Studio Ltd. and named for the year it was built.
