Once an old industrial structure within the grounds of a colonial-era sugar factory, this building has been thoughtfully adapted and converted into a double-storey, state-of-the-art office space. Situated in the rapidly growing Vivéa Business Park, The Factory stands as a symbol of innovative reuse of historical architecture.

The character and heritage of The Factory have been meticulously preserved through careful and sensitive design treatments, featuring chic industrial finishes that pay homage to its past. An inviting entrance piazza was created to provide occupants with a landscaped courtyard, fostering a sense of community and connection. This space links their offices to the neighbouring building, 1827, another former factory also renovated by Architects Studio and named after the year it was built.
