This revitalisation was organised by a collaboration with the esteemed International Architects – Boogertman+ Partners from South Africa, ensuring a blend of world-class architectural insight with local nuances.

The redevelopment of Riche Terre Mall was driven by a need to infuse the space with fresh energy and vibrancy, ensuring it remains a cornerstone for shopping and social interaction. The design brief was clear: to marry architectural elegance with functional convenience, creating a center that resonates with vitality, accessibility, and an appealing tenant mix.

The architectural refurbishment embraced a contemporary and stylised design rooted in the ‘Oasis’ concept. This theme transforms the mall into a pleasant contrast to the routine of everyday life, celebrating common habits within an enjoyable setting.
