Motor City Bagatelle

The development comprises 3 blocks with mixed used shops mainly showrooms, garage and tyre fitment centre. There are 21 shops excluding basement for storage use. In 2014, 6 shops have been delivered and are found in block A & C (phase 1) and soon to come phase 2 (15 mixed use shops). The development offers facilities such as 200 customer and staff parkings, public toilets, storage facilities for tenants, external displays and green spaces all around the development.
