This state-of-the-art office building, encompassing 8,685 m², was meticulously designed and led by Architects’ Studio for ENL Property, marking a significant advancement in workplace environments.

Developed between 2019 and 2022, Les Fascines benefited from cutting-edge collaborative CAD technologies, which facilitated seamless design development and coordination among the design team, especially crucial during the COVID-19 lockdowns. This technological approach not only ensured uninterrupted progress but also enhanced the precision and efficiency of the project execution.

Strategically positioned as a key component of the Vivea Business Park, Les Fascines harmonises with its surroundings, drawing inspiration from the area’s historical factory settings. The building’s design reflects a deep respect for its context, employing materials that echo the site’s industrial past while fostering a modern aesthetic.

The project places a strong emphasis on the end-user experience, with public spaces and building features that promote health, well-being, and biophilia. Sustainability is at the core of Les Fascines, which is LEED certified and aligns with rigorous carbon and sustainability objectives outlined in the client’s environmental agenda.

By the end of 2022, Les Fascines began welcoming its first tenants, including prestigious international brands like ELCA, Workshop 17, and BDO, each drawn to its prime location and innovative design. Les Fascines is not just a building; it’s a vibrant community hub designed to inspire and support its occupants, fostering a dynamic blend of productivity and sustainability.
