Le Sunset Complex at La Balise Marina offers both residents and tourists a unique, high quality experience that includes a Welcoming Centre for La Balise Marina’s residents. The Coral Tree gourmet restaurant with its large deck that extends out towards the river on one side and the marina on the other, an outdoor lounge, a bar, a large infinity pool facing the sandy beach. The project utilizes natural materials like timber & thatch that blend well into the landscaped environs of La Balise Marina as well as the coastline along Riviere Noire.
