GBBQ

GBBQ is a new commercial development situated in Grand Baie, a beautiful and busy part of Mauritius on the north coast. The project comprises a retail ground floor dedicated to interiors/lifestyle boutiques with 3 levels of office space above and basement parking. The building has been designed in a contemporary style with large openings to maximize the sea view. Timber louvres have been used to control solar radiation into the building, which complement the modern forms rendered in cool white & earth tones.
